did you know that despite being such a small place, hong kong actually has 18 different districts. our intention is to show you one must-eat restaurant in each of these 18 areas. we start off in the tsuen wan district (#7), because that’s closest to home.
this place called cheung hing kee 祥興記 is known for the pan-fried baos 生煎包. the menu is small, only 3-4 items, so you know it’s good when all they sell are pan-fried baos. and every time we visit, there is always a line outside.
the restaurant is located at G/F, 13 Chuen Lung Street, Tsuen Wan 荃灣川龍街13號地下
This is such a great idea! The video evokes the sights and sounds of Hong Kong. I wish it were the same for smell and taste 🙂 Looking forward to seeing more!
